Auckland Suburbs

There are over 200 suburbs in Auckland. Some have great water views (and expensive house prices!). As with all cities there are prestige wealthy suburbs, poorer and more dangerous areas and lots in between.

As with all cities, a so-called wealthy area can have a mix within it. If you are buying a house valued on the prestige of a certain suburb, you want to make sure you’re buying in the right part of town, so to speak, or at least at the right price if you want a doer-upper!
